Assess the change.

Ripples spreading from a single drop of water, expressing change that begins with a small action

We first define the issue and the hypothesis to examine, then design an 8–12 week pilot. By comparing conditions before and after the initiative and examining the changes in context, we provide a basis for deciding whether to continue or revise the approach.

  1. At the start

    Baseline measurement

Use HCRI, PHR, wearables and other tools to understand the starting point and define the focus of the pilot.

  2. During the pilot

    Intervention and behavioral support

Depending on the focus, consider targeted solutions, ETE Resilience Jelly, and support for daily habits and behaviors.

  3. At completion

    Reassessment and management dialogue

Review changes and insights, using them to shape recommendations for the next phase.
