HCR Platform
Use HCRI, personal health records (PHR), wearables and other tools to understand the starting conditions for an initiative.
Explore the context behind the results through dialogue, clarifying business challenges and improvement priorities.
Combine solutions suited to the issues with lifestyle and behavioral support, translating findings into practice.
Reassess to identify changes and share insights that can inform the next initiatives and management decisions.
An 8–12 week pilot

We first define the issue and the hypothesis to examine, then design an 8–12 week pilot. By comparing conditions before and after the initiative and examining the changes in context, we provide a basis for deciding whether to continue or revise the approach.
Use HCRI, PHR, wearables and other tools to understand the starting point and define the focus of the pilot.
Depending on the focus, consider targeted solutions, ETE Resilience Jelly, and support for daily habits and behaviors.
Review changes and insights, using them to shape recommendations for the next phase.
Reports that support decisions.
Individual and organizational reports, solution mapping by issue, and recommendations for organizational improvement.CONTACT
